MoneyBagg Yo at The Novo
MoneyBagg Yo is a Memphis-born rapper known for a direct delivery and Southern hip-hop sound. His catalog includes the albums Reset, Time Served, and A Gangsta's Pain, with tracks such as “Said Sum” and “Wockesha” among his best-known songs. His December 13, 2023 date at The Novo brought his music to downtown Los Angeles, where the venue's intimate scale offered a closer alternative to a large arena show.
The Novo is part of the LA Live entertainment complex, placing concerts within a busy downtown district near restaurants, hotels, and major event spaces. The supplied event information records one MoneyBagg Yo date at the venue; it does not establish a longer history of repeat performances there. For fans checking Los Angeles Concerts and Rap / hip hop listings, longbeach-tickets.com provides event and venue information for the city.
Venue and Seating Information
The Novo, at 800 W Olympic Blvd, accommodates more than 2,300 guests and can be configured for standing or seated events. For a high-energy rap show, a general-admission floor setup can put fans close to the stage; when the floor is reserved seating, lower-level seats offer proximity and direct sightlines.
The upper balcony provides an elevated view, and the supplied venue information notes favorable sightlines from balcony seating. Center balcony seats are a strong choice for a broad view, while side balcony positions may have more angled perspectives. The venue also has bars, staff service, and accessible seating.
Parking Information
LA Live offers several nearby parking structures, but event-night demand can make convenient spaces fill quickly. Fans can consider these options:
- LA Live Event Garage - West: 800 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015; estimated at $15–$30 per event.
- The Bloc Parking Structure: 700 S Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90017; listed at $1–$4 per hour, with daily rates applying.
- Advance reservations: SpotHero and ParkWhiz may offer pre-booked spaces, with the supplied venue information listing typical starting prices around $10–$20.
- Street parking: Limited metered spaces are available in downtown Los Angeles and may fill quickly on event nights.
The on-site LA Live garage is the most convenient choice among the listed options, though its estimated event pricing varies. Avoid relying on unmonitored street parking in unfamiliar downtown blocks late at night. Pico Station, about two blocks away, is another option for arriving by Metro.
MoneyBagg Yo Long Beach reviews
BEST CONCERT EVER!!!
MoneyBagg Yo put on the MOST AMAZING PERFORMANCE I have ever experienced, ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY (and I go to about 5-10 concerts a year). If you don't go, you're missing out hardcore. They wrecked it! Travis Barker's drum solo at the end was out of this world and I wish they still toured. Asher Roth did his thing. Fall Out Boy was great, lots of energy and to top it off, they did a cover of 'Don't Stop Believing' which was awesomeeee. The All-American Rejects were very pumped (lead singer possibly high at the time or something because he was going all out).
